12Sep 2022Chef Competition – Garhwali Kitchen Se was organized on 12th September 2022 at Institute of Hospitality, Management and Sciences, Kotdwar with great fanfare. Hotel Management students enthusiastically participated in this competition. The students mesmerized all the guests by making Garhwali dishes and presenting the culture of Garhwal through beautiful tableaux and Garhwali dance. Corporate Chef of OCLD-Oberoi Group of Hotels Mr. Parvinder Singh Bali participated as the Chief Guest in this competition and also praised the students. He said that I have learned a lot from the students through this competition.
