Food production is the art and science of transforming raw ingredients into dishes – and one of the main revenue-generating departments of any hotel. Our kitchens mirror a hotel’s main, banquet, pantry, pastry and bakery sections.

A spacious library on the first floor with circulation books, newspapers, reference books and journals, a reading hall, multiple copies of key titles, Wi-Fi and CCTV. Students also get the UTU e-Library.
Library rules & regulations
- Maintain silence; no discussion inside the library.
- No personal belongings inside the library.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent.
- Sign the register at the entrance.
- Borrower cards are not transferable.
- Return books by the due date to avoid overdue charges.
- Lost books must be replaced or paid for at double the cost.
- No food or refreshments inside.
- Collect a no-dues certificate before leaving the institute.
