How to get admission

Documents required
- Class X mark sheet – original and self-attested copy
- Class XII mark sheet – original and self-attested copy (not needed for CHM)
- Graduation mark sheets / degree (MBA & MCA)
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate
- Aadhaar card – self-attested copy
- Four passport-size colour photographs
- Caste / category certificate, if claiming a reserved-category benefit
Originals are verified against the copies at admission. If the original mark sheet is not yet issued, a self-attested online mark sheet is accepted. Only students from UGC-recognised boards are eligible.

- Adhere to local and university laws.
Registration & fees
- A registration/application number is allotted after the fee is submitted and is used everywhere in the institute.
- The registration fee is not refundable.
- The full semester fee must be deposited before the semester begins.
- The scholarship or discount agreed at admission remains valid; it cannot be changed midway.
Reservation of seats
Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, women and persons with disabilities follows the policy of the State Government and the affiliating university.
Attendance
75% attendance is mandatory to appear in internal and external examinations.
Cancellation of admission
- Failure to produce proof of the minimum qualification.
- Fee not deposited by the stipulated date.
- Involvement in malpractice or indiscipline.
Government scholarships
The college assists with documentation for government scholarships; the student pays the full fee and any external scholarship is credited directly to the student’s account.
