IHMS follows the fee refund guidelines of the University Grants Commission.

Refund policy
In line with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (580th meeting, 15 May 2024), cancellations and migrations within the notified window receive a full refund after deduction of a processing fee of up to ₹1,000. For later withdrawals, the UGC policy of October 2018 applies:

| 16–30 days after the last date of admission | 50% |

The registration fee is non-refundable. Exact dates for the current session are notified at admission.
